Prior to Western Elite, Alison worked in Human Resources in the Calgary tech sector. She currently divides her time between directing Snap Dance Studios in Cochrane, and the Western Elite Real Estate Group. Alison brings with her, over 20 years of marketing, human resources and business operations experience. With a passion for people and culture, she loves helping teams grow and scale eectively. Alison enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying to keep up with her family at the ski hill and exploring her passion for movement.
